I was lucky with the flat I lived in the first year. I had an ensuite with a double bed! All for £106.50 a week (this price will be going up though!) My flat mates are lovely and not disrespectful. Unfortunately, all of my close friends are across the road which is where I wanted to live! Boo! :-( but nevertheless it’s still handy to go back to a quiet flat and sleep peacefully!

BryPie’s Personal Tips to Freshers! – Going out!

Like I’ve said in the last post, this year has been the most amazing one ever! It’s a shame I can’t be 19 forever. The friends I have made in Leeds are the most banterous, silly, outgoing and wild people ever! But they are also good for having nice chilled out nights in with the TV, typically about 12 girls with sofas, bean-bags and lots of food! I would definately recommend going to uni, just for the social life – especially in Leeds. Here is my advice from experiencing the Freshers year, first-hand.
